All life demands struggle. Those who have everything given to them become lazy, selfish, and insensitive to the real values of life. The very striving and hard work that we so constantly try to avoid is the major building block in the person we are today- Pope Paul VI
It’s true that we need to struggle in life. But this time around, i felt so down. People don’t recognised the effort that my staff and i gave all this while. And we’ve been treated like a rubbish. It’s so sad to see how people change. They said A in front of you, and they said B with another person. In the end it’s all part of their planning. They wanted to trap you. I felt like a mouse searching for a cheese, and the end the mouse will be capture in the mousetrap with it’s cheese. That is my everyday life now. Nothing that i do will bring a benefit to me. Everything is so confused.
It’s very funny when you work in one organisation, but you can’t communicate with each other. And you have to ask permission to talk with the third party….in the end where do you stand in that organisation? What is your share in that organisation?
If everything has been decided for you, i was wondering….why do they need me in this organisation? why did i go to school? And what is my degree worth for?
An institution or reform movement that is not selfish, must originate in the recognition of some evil that is adding to the sum of human suffering, or diminishing the sum of happiness-Clara Barton. That is where i am now….I can’t share my ideas, i’m wasting my time and waiting for the instruction day by day…i don’t feel a challenge at all. i feel like an idiot now because i can’t polish my knowledge, i ‘m not learning anything new rather then bad mouthed on other people….When will i improve my knowledge and skills? Or should i be a selfish person and stab others in order for me to step up? Ralph Waldo Emerson once said“Every experiment, by multitudes or by individuals, that has a sensual and selfish aim, will fail“.
And i love what Mahatma Gandhi said on Seven Deadly Sins:
Wealth without work
Pleasure without conscience
Science without humanity
Knowledge without character
Politics without principle
Commerce without morality
Worship without sacrifice.
Wow….Very inspiring. This quotes keep me breathing day by day…
